Can I pay when I arrive?

All spots for classes must be reserved prior to arrival by purchasing a ticket through Eventbrite. No money transactions will occur at the park.

What do I need to bring?

Bring a water bottle and a positive attitude. All equipment needed will be provided for each workout. Running shoes and comfortable clothes are a must! White shirts probably aren’t a good idea. Speaking from experience working out outside.

Where do we meet?

Arrive 5 -10 minutes before 6:30 pm at the park. Workouts start at 6:30 pm sharp. The park is small so we will be easy to find!

What happens if it rains?

The class will be canceled if it rains and you will be refunded. If the class is canceled you will be notified by 4:00 pm the day of the event. This will be communicated in the designated DISCOVER YOU BOOTCAMP GROUP (make sure to join by following the link and clicking 'Join Group') on Facebook and an email will be sent directly to your inbox.

Build your own schedule: It is all about you. You decide when, where, and how often we train. We will work with your schedule to set you up for success

Pricing:  Starting at $80 a session, prices vary depending on your location, the number of training sessions per week, and the services you wish to include in your package

Group Fitness Classes

Find me around in Toronto, Kitchener-Waterloo, and Guelph! Want me to come to your city? 

You can find me at a variety of fitness studios in the Toronto area. Currently, I am teaching classes at Pure Fitness, the University of Toronto, the Toronto Athletic Club, and Barreworks (both locations).

Pure Fitness, University of Toronto and the Toronto Athletic Club are membership based clubs and offer require a membership to access or a fee to access the facility for the day.  Barreworks is accessible to anyone as they offer drop in classes and a variety of class packages.

Online Fitness + Nutrition Program

Description: 8-week online fitness, nutrition, and wellness program to help you stay on track at while at home.  All workouts can be done at home, so no gym membership is required to complete.

Price: $80 for 8 week program, $75 for each additional 8 weeks after that

 

FAQs:

What happens if I miss the registration?

Every 8 weeks a new session will begin so if you miss out, you can join back in on the next session.

How can I stay on track after the 8 weeks if I decide to not continue on with another session?

A maintenance strategy will be available for purchase so that you can have a plan to keep up with your program on your own.
