It's summertime, and I'm so excited to introduce the first DISCOVER YOU OUTDOOR BOOTCAMP.
This outdoor bootcamp was created with the intention to provide a safe, challenging, and effective workout all while building community and having fun at a reasonable price!
No two workouts will ever be the same. It will be a full body workout - incorporating bodyweight movements, partner exercises, and constant hard work. I have created this class to provide you with an opportunity to stay accountable and reach your goals with us each week.
I am looking forward to reaching goals, creating new friendships and getting sweaty with you all this summer!
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I pay when I arrive?
All spots for classes must be reserved prior to arrival by purchasing a ticket through Eventbrite. No money transactions will occur at the park.
What do I need to bring?
Bring a water bottle and a positive attitude. All equipment needed will be provided for each workout. Running shoes and comfortable clothes are a must! White shirts probably aren’t a good idea. Speaking from experience working out outside.
Where do we meet?
Arrive 5 -10 minutes before 6:30 pm at the park. Workouts start at 6:30 pm sharp. The park is small so we will be easy to find!
What happens if it rains?
The class will be canceled if it rains and you will be refunded. If the class is canceled you will be notified by 4:00 pm the day of the event. This will be communicated in the designated DISCOVER YOU BOOTCAMP GROUP (make sure to join by following the link and clicking 'Join Group') on Facebook and an email will be sent directly to your inbox.
