Discover You is now offering online training programs to those looking to take their workouts to the next level, but on their own terms, separate from in-person classes or training sessions. Whether you are located in Toronto or afar, this is a great opportunity to work individually with Rachel to hone in on your specific goals and needs.
Programs are 8 weeks in length and include two phases of programming, weekly intentions and goal setting, as well as meal planning. Weekly checkins will occur to stay on track and reset when needed.
