Discover You is now offering online training programs to those looking to take their workouts to the next level, but on their own terms, separate from in-person classes or training sessions. Whether you are located in Toronto or afar, this is a great opportunity to work individually with Rachel to hone in on your specific goals and needs.
Programs are 8 weeks in length and include two phases of programming, weekly intentions and goal setting, as well as meal planning. Weekly checkins will occur to stay on track and reset when needed.

I loved working with Discover You 8 week Online Personal Training Program. Rachel does an amazing job at connecting and keeping her clients on track to reach their goals. The 8- week program is tailored to you as an individual and includes descriptions and videos on how to complete the exercises if you are ever unclear. On top of that, Rachel does a great job of pushing your boundaries to new heights by challenging you each week outside of your physical goals to achieve goals around mental health, nutrition, sleep, and overall emotional stability and wellness.
