As a Discover You client, we will help you connect to your body through movement. By showing you proper movement patterns and form you’ll learn how to fully engage your muscle groups from exercise to exercise. As you begin to discover what works best for you, you’ll see the benefits not only physically but in your overall confidence.
Our personal training programs start with a free consultation. The purpose of this session is to better understand your goals and your current fitness level, as well as gives us a chance to get to know one another. In every session, I want you to feel comfortable to share your personal fitness journey with me.
Following the consultation, we will develop your training program that targets problem areas, improves overall flexibility, muscle tone and cardiovascular strength and most importantly, we want to help you feel confident on your path to self-discovery through fitness.

How long is the commitment to a personal trainer? Packages can be purchased in bundles of 6, 12, or 18 sessions at a time. The commitment is as long as you would like from there - but the longer you work with a trainer the more consistent and efficient your workouts will be, and therefore your results will vary depending on your commitment.
How do I fit into your lifestyle? I come to you, making each session the most convenient with your busy schedule. Whether that be in your home or in a gym setting.
Cost? Sessions begin at $80 per hour.
What if I have little to no experience? You are in the right place! Each program is tailored to each client’s needs and goals. Whether you are looking to learn from the ground up or need that extra challenge and motivation, we have you covered.
