Class Descriptions 


In this one hour bootcamp class you will be challenged to work hard and push past your limits alongside learning proper movement patterns and technique for injury prevention. This full body workout will help you gain physical strength and confidence while working alongside like-minded women, all pushing each other towards their goals. Running shoes are required.

Dance Cardio

Who doesn’t love to shake and shimmy?! Join the Discover You community while we shake and sweat together for 60 minutes to the latest and greatest tunes. Have fun, break a sweat, and let loose in a judgement free, no experience required to join, environment. Running shoes (and a towel!) are required.


This Pilates mat class is open to all levels and experiences, with varying ranges of difficulty to meet everyone’s needs and goals. Learn how to move your shoulders, spine, and hips with control, as you gain flexibility, strength and power. With a strong focus on proper core engagement and control, the skills you learn in class are easily transferable and applied to your other training modalities. This is a mind and body class, learning how to fully understand where we initiate movements from and how to properly engage the correct muscle groups. Bare feet or grip socks and a mat are required.

Class Policies

Classes must be paid in full prior to coming to a class. A 6 hour cancellation policy is in effect. Please cancel out of your class at least 6 hours in advance to avoid losing your class. All classes must be used within 6 months of the date purchased. Classes can be used for any Discover You weekly group fitness class but not for special events or workshops. Classes are first come first serve and have a limited capacity so it is best to book your spot ahead of time.
